Refund Policy

At Holquinn Lutherie, we are committed to providing the highest level of craftsmanship and service. Because our work involves custom, specialized care for each instrument, refunds are limited as outlined below.

 

1. Service Refunds (Repairs & Restorations)

  • Deposits for repairs, restorations, or consultations are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • If a client cancels a scheduled repair before any work has started, deposits may be refunded at our discretion.

  • Completed repair and restoration services are generally non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 14 days of service completion and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

 

2. Custom Instruments & Special Orders

  • Deposits for custom instrument builds are non-refundable once materials are purchased or construction has begun.

  • Because each instrument is handcrafted to a client’s specifications, custom builds are non-refundable after delivery.

  • Adjustments and follow-up care may be provided to ensure satisfaction (details will be specified in the custom build agreement).

 

3. Product Sales (Strings, Accessories, Etc.)

If Holquinn Lutherie offers accessories or parts for sale:

  • Returns are accepted for unused, unopened products within 30 days of purchase.

  • Clients are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the product is received and inspected.

 

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be provided in cases of:

  • Services or products not delivered as promised.

  • Errors on our part that cannot be reasonably corrected.
