Welcome to Holquinn Lutherie. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Holquinn Lutherie provides instrument repair, restoration, and related services for stringed instruments, as well as custom instrument builds and consultations. All services are subject to availability and may be adjusted based on scheduling and workload.

 

 

2. Estimates & Payments

  • Service estimates are provided in good faith but may be adjusted if additional work is required once an instrument is examined.

  • A deposit may be required for certain services, especially large repairs or custom builds.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, check, major credit cards, PayPal and Venmo.
     

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are purchased or work has begun.
     

 

4. Liability & Instrument Care

  • Holquinn Lutherie takes the utmost care with every instrument entrusted to us.

  • However, we are not responsible for:

    • Pre-existing damage or structural weaknesses in an instrument.

    • Issues that arise due to natural wear, age, or material conditions.

    • Damage resulting from environmental conditions (humidity, temperature, etc.) outside of our control once the instrument has left our care.
       

 

5. Warranties & Guarantees

  • Repairs are warranted against defects in workmanship for 90 days from the date of completion.

  • This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or environmental damage.
     

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Holquinn Lutherie unless otherwise noted.

  • You may not copy, redistribute, or use our content without written permission.
     

 

7. Website Use

  • You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.

  • Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
     

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holquinn Lutherie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
